Dozens of taxis slow down the passage of customs to protest against the application by the authorities of measures on posted workers. Geneva denies any change in attitude.

Scarves of mist meander on the white highway, the windshield wipers of vehicles driving at a pace in Thônex-Vallard beat the windshields. The headlights shine. Around 7 a.m. Monday morning, hundreds of motorists take their troubles patiently. At the call of the Federation of Independent Taxis (FTI 74), professionals are carrying out an awareness campaign which results in the filtering of vehicles traveling in the direction of Switzerland. Since 6:30 a.m., the show has been repeated around the township. It should also last until 7 p.m. at customs in Vallard, Bardonnex, Ferney-Voltaire and Veigy-Fonce.
