Restore tone to your chest thanks to the "no bra" movement and massage

More and more women today live without a bra, whether at home or in their daily activities. Personally, it's been 5 years that no longer wears it.

It is easily replaced by a lace camisole, a non-wired bodysuit or a tight tank top, thus ensuring a light, non-oppressive support. And for sportswomen, a bra is quite adequate for the time of a sports session.

More than a phenomenon, it is a real revelation in the reappropriation of one's body and the benefits associated with it in terms of well-being and health. Scientific studies have shown that wearing a bra tends to to distend the supporting tissues and ligaments of the chest, at the same time as blocking the free circulation of lymphatic fluid, which can promote fibrosis, cysts, and even cancer*.

The ancestral practice of breast massage

The idea that the chest absolutely needs support in order to avoid the harmful effects of gravity is absolutely wrong, regardless of the type of chest (small, medium or large) and whatever its shape. On the contrary, a chest freed from all constraints has the ability to regain firmness, tone, a harmonious curve and can even rise.

But this requires self-massage of the breasts, as recommended by Taoist Chinese doctors. It is an ancestral practice which consists of massaging the breasts in a circular manner, 36 times in one direction, 36 times in the other direction, adopting a slow and deep breath. This is an approximate figure. This practice must be a pleasure above all, without obligation.

Relax the whole body, vary the pressure and movements, listening to your needs and feelings. And in that moment, connect to your "inner smile". It's about smiling at yourself, at your body, and at each of your cells. It is a true act of love that one offers to oneself.

Particular attention can be paid to the nipples. This will stimulate the hormonal glands, and will be beneficial to their harmonization throughout the body, thus improving the comfort of the cycles.

Practiced daily and accompanied by a natural vegetable oil of coconut or daisy, your chest will be revitalized. Follow the #freeboops movement! Send me your photos of camisoles, bodysuits and tank tops, as well as your testimonials!
