The health crisis caused by the global pandemic overcame Fenty, the ready-to-wear brand of LVMH luxury giant with international singer Rihanna. According to Agence France-Presse (AFP), they will "concentrate on lingerie and cosmetics, already successes".

The other three branches created by Barbados star (Fenty beauty, Fenty Skin (Cosmetics) and savage X Fenty (lingerie)) are already successes and are working "very hard", according to an LVMH spokesman. The ready-to-wear brand, for its part, never really took off.

The brand has seen "its exposure reduced by the closure of department stores where similar events were planned," the same source points out, referring to pop-up stores.

"while waiting for better conditions, we pause this activity without prohibiting ourselves for the future," an LVMH spokesman told AFP.

Rihanna is a female artist, having sold more than 280 million records, and has won numerous international awards, such as the Grammy and billboard Music Awards. Its lingerie brand savage X Fenty raised $115 million for its development. In 2020, it would have earned nearly $150 million with savage X Fenty.
