In July 1989, Lady Di went to the Coliseum Theater in London to attend a performance of Swan Lake. For the occasion, she is betting on a sober and elegant creation by Catherine Walker. A long pink and white dress, close to the body, enhanced by broad shoulders whose long sleeves are embellished with golden cufflinks.

In Pablo Larraín's film, Kristen Stewart wears an almost identical dress. The only differences: the color and the pearl necklace chosen to accessorize the outfit.

If it is (very) difficult to imagine Queen Elizabeth II in casual outfits, Diana liked to multiply them. Many of his streetwear outfits continue to inspire the great fashionistas of this world. That day in April 1992, she opted for a set of jeans, cowboy boots and a slightly oversized teddy. A perfect combo to pick up Prince Harry after school.

In the film, Kristen Stewart slips into an equally comfortable ensemble to stroll down Sandringham Beach. A look made up of mom jeans, a light sweater, a pair of boots and an XXL two-tone jacket.

At the end of the 1990s, Diana competed in elegance when she appeared in the county of Hampshire, wearing this colorful tartan print coat. A centerpiece, designed by Catherine Walker, and accessorized with a red pocket square. In the film, the American actress adopts the same print but in a Chanel blazer version. Like the princess of hearts at that time, Kristen Stewart wears an immaculate blouse with buttons and a turtleneck underneath. As for jewelry, the two women have set their sights on a pair of round and golden earrings.

On December 25, 1993, Diana Spencer went to the church in Sandringham, as tradition dictates, to attend the service in the company of the royal family. For the occasion, the princess wears a black turtleneck, a flamboyant red coat and a wide-brimmed black hat with a veil. In the film, Kristen Stewart reenacts the scene in an almost identical outfit.

In the early 1990s, Lady Di was pictured leaving Great Ormond Street Hospital For Children. That day, the Princess of Wales wore a Chanel electric blue jacket, enhanced by two rows of gold buttons, and a black midi skirt. A set of the French label that Kristen Stewart also wears in "Spencer".

As we know, pink gingham pants had their place in Princess Diana's dressing room. Just like this blazer. A piece she wore in 1990 and which does not fail to appear in the film by Pablo Larraín.

No print scares off Diana's reckless tastes. The proof is in this red, green and blue polka dot dress that she wore with confidence in July 1993, for a polo match in Windsor. What make Kristen Stewart want to dare the multicolored circles for a festive meal in Sandringham.

In December 1990, Diana went to church in Sandringham in a daring ensemble. A red, black and white houndstooth suit by Moschino, accessorized with a wide black belt and a red hat. If in the film, Kristen Stewart drops the jacket and the headgear for a softer look, she nevertheless decides to warm up the whole with a flamboyant turtleneck sweater.
